How to Add Contacts using Chatsie on the Web

You can also add as many contacts as you wish via Chatsie on the web, and make them visible in the Chatsie Menu for calls and texts as required.

The process for adding a contact via Chatsie on the web is as follows:

  1. Connect your phone to the Chatsie on the web.

  2. Click Add and edit contacts to add a contact under the selected phone.
    The list of existing contacts displays.

  3. Click + Add a contact.
    The Edit New Contact page displays.

  4. In the Edit New Contact page, specify the following parameters:

    • Contact Name: Lets you specify the name of the contact. For example, ‘Mike’.

    • Phone number: Lets you specify the phone number of the contact.

    • Calls menu: If enabled, an option Call Contact Name will be added in the Chatsie Menu. For example, if you have enabled the Call menu option while adding the contact ‘Mike’ then the shortcut option of “Call Mike” will be added in the Chatsie Menu.

    • Texts menu: If enabled, an option Text Contact Name will be added in the Chatsie Menu. For example, if you have enabled the Texts menu option while adding the contact ‘Mike’ then the shortcut option of “Text Mike” will be added in the Chatsie Menu.

    Note: When you make any modifications related to Call menu or Text menu options in the Edit New Contact page, the “Not Saved” message will display above the toggles you modified. It means that the changes have not yet been saved yet. You must save the changes in order for the settings to be applied for the mobile user.

  5. After specifying the above parameters, click Save changes.
    The contact has been added with the specified details.

Note: The “Syncing” message at the top of the screen will show briefly when saving changes. It will display indefinitely if you are having connection issues.
