NB: The below images and instructions are for a Nokia phone. For other phone manufacturers, these steps may be slightly different.

To uninstall Chatsie, you will have to uninstall each app individually.

  1. In the phone settings, go to Apps & Notifications. You should see a list of all the apps on your phone (you may have to expand the list).

  1. Scroll until you see the Chatsie App you want to delete.

To uninstall Chatsie Calls, Chatsie Texts or the Chatsie Notification Blocker:

  1. Simply tap the name of the app (e.g. Chatsie Calls). You will then be taken to the app’s information page. There, you will have the option to uninstall the app.

  1. Tap “uninstall”, and then tap “ok” when you are asked if you are sure you want to uninstall. The Chatsie app will then be uninstalled from your phone.

To uninstall Chatsie Menu:

Before you are able to uninstall Chatsie Menu, you must first disable Chatsie Menu from being the default Menu app.

  1. To do this, in Apps & Notifications, tap “Advanced” and then tap “Default apps”. You will then be shown a list of all your phone’s default apps.

  1. Tap “Home app” and then select your phone’s default home app (i.e. the home app which is not Chatsie Menu). You have now disabled Chatsie Menu from being the default Menu app. Once you have changed the default Menu app, you will be taken to the phone’s original home screen. You will now be able to uninstall Chatsie Menu.
