Chatsie lets you choose which applications are displayed for mobile users in the “Shortcuts” section of the Chatsie Menu. For example, if you want to add the Browser and Calculator to the User’s Chatsie Menu, you can. You can enable these applications through the Chatsie Menu or via Chatsie on the web in just a few steps.
The procedure for configuring these applications for mobile users through the Chatsie Menu is as follows:
On the Chatsie Menu, tap “Use Apps" (you may have to scroll down for this option to be visible).
To make an app visible in the Shortcuts section, toggle “Available apps” to “ON”.
Then tap “Save”. You must tap “Save” for the changes to be made.
The applications will then become available for the mobile user under the Chatsie Menu.
The procedure for configuring these applications for mobile users via Chatsie on the web is as follows:
Click Edit Menu.
The Edit Menu page displays where you can view and edit Menu related settings.
Under the Apps section, enable the application that you want to make available for the mobile user in the Chatsie Menu.
- When you make any modifications in the Edit Menu page, the “Not Saved” message will display along with the modified options. It means that changes have not yet been saved. You must have saved the changes in order for the settings to be applied for the mobile user.
After enabling the required applications, click Save Changes. The applications will then become available for the mobile user under the Chatsie Menu.
- If the phone is not connected to the internet properly, the “Syncing” message will display and your specified settings will not be saved
