How to enable users to view Call History

If Chatsie Call and Chatsie Menu are installed, this option is “On” by default. You can disable/re-enable this feature through the Chatsie Menu or via Chatsie on the web.

The procedure for enabling mobile users to view call history through the Chatsie Menu is as follows:

  1. On the Chatsie Menu, tap “Other options”. You may have to scroll down to see this option.

  2. Then tap “Advanced”.

  3. Tap “Edit Menu”, and the “Show or hide features” page will be displayed.

  4. To enable mobile users to view call history, toggle “View calls” to “ON”. Then tap “Save”. You must save the changes in order for the settings to be applied for the mobile user.

On enabling View calls, an option of View calls will display in the Chatsie Menu and the mobile user will be able to view their calls history.

To disable mobile users from viewing call history, toggle it to “OFF”, then tap “Save”. When disabled, the mobile user will not be able to view call history, and the View calls option will not be displayed on the Chatsie Menu.
