How to View Call History on Mobile

Chatsie Menu lets you view the call history on the phone.

To view the call history on the phone:

  1. Go to Main Chatsie Menu on your mobile.
    The Chatsie Menu application opens.

  2. In Chatsie Menu, tap View calls.

    Note: If there are any new calls that have been missed, a green badge will display along with the View calls option.

    Note: If there are no calls stored on the phone, then if you tap "View calls”, a notification will appear saying “There are no calls yet”. Simply tap “Go to Menu” to return to the Chatsie Menu.

    If there are calls available on the phone, on tapping “View calls”, a screen will display where you can view the complete call history. In this list, missed calls will display with the following wording: “Missed call from contact name”, or “Missed call from number”. For example, “Missed call from Alan” or “Missed call from 07982123455”.

    Note: If it is a new missed call, it will have a green “New” badge along with it.

    If a call is made by you to any contact or number not saved as a contact, then the following wording will be used: “Me to Contact” or “Me to [number]”.

    In the Call history screen, you can perform the following operations for the available call entries:

    • Call: The Call option is available along with each entry in the call history list. On tapping Call, a call will be made immediately to that contact or phone number. For more information on making a call, refer to How to Make Calls to Your Contacts

    • Text: This option will display along with those contacts or phone numbers that you have enabled to send text messages to. On tapping Text, the text editor will display where you can draft your message and send it. For more information to send texts, refer to How to Send Texts to a Contact

      Note: If Send texts to non-contacts is enabled in Chatsie web, the Text option will display with every phone number or contact. Similarly, if Send text to non-contacts is disabled but Send texts is enabled in Chatsie web, then the Text option will display with the contacts only.

    • Save: This option will display along with the numbers which are not saved as Chatsie contacts. On tapping Save, you will be able to save the number as a contact on the phone. For more information on adding a contact, refer to How to Add Contacts in the Chatsie Menu
